Main Function: Develop and maintain relationships with business partners within a designated area of responsibility.
Contribute to the development of a comprehensive marketing strategy for Germany, aligned with International FOS operations.
Reporting to: Senior Account Manager, Germany
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain close working relationships with key individuals at each business partner location.
2. Establish new partnerships with credit companies, distributors, and banks in areas relevant to CACI's product portfolio.
3. Regularly meet, monitor, and report on commercial activity with partners across each country.
4. Stay informed about local market legal, contractual, customer care obligations, and other requirements, collaborating with Compliance & Control colleagues as needed.
5. Participate in international insurance activity planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
Product Development and Commercial Activities:
1. Collaborate with partners to develop New Product Request Forms for presentation to the Underwriting Team for pricing.
2. Present New Product Pricing Proposals prepared by the Underwriting Team to partners and negotiate successful launch activities and campaigns.
3. Develop and negotiate annual business development plans and budgets with partners.
4. Develop forecasts of premium income and commercial investments in alignment with business development plans.
5. Implement development initiatives and projects utilizing internal expertise and external partners/agencies as necessary for a successful launch.
Pan-Perimeter Marketing Strategy and Product Development:
1. Attend regular Marketing and Development meetings to contribute to strategic reflections and insurance business objectives.
2. Monitor and report on changes in consumer, legal, technological, and political environments affecting partners' credit and insurance activities.
3. Assist in translating Insurance Division strategic objectives into actionable items for partners.
4. Cross-fertilize best practices through information sharing, seminars, meetings, and action plans.
Insurance Training and Marketing Support:
1. Brief training and examination materials on insurance and sales soft skills in collaboration with the Partner.
2. Participate in onsite training programs on an ad-hoc basis, with trainers and salesforce networks in Germany as needed.
