The Role:Light Commercial Vehicles Sales Executive
Reporting to the Sales Manager
MAN Importers Ireland Ltd (“MII”), is the sole distributor and primary retailer for MAN commercial vehicles in Ireland. Located on a high-profile site in Oak Road Business Park just off the M50, MII offers the complete range of commercial vehicles: from light, medium-weight, and heavy trucks, buses and coaches, as well as components and engines.
Due to the continued growth and success of the MAN TGE LCV, MII is now seeking to recruit a Light Commercial Vehicles Sales Executive to be based at its Dublin facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Deal with customer enquiries for Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV)
* Prospect potential sales opportunities: suggest suitable vehicles and finance options based on customer needs
* Develop and create sales leads through networking, cold calling, contacting lapsed customers etc.
* Managing the sales process from enquiry, quotation right through to vehicle handover and reporting on same
* Appraisals and quotations: value trade-ins and provide quotes
* Customer relationship management: develop new customer relationships and maintain relationships with existing customers
* Focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets set out
* Liaising closely with Sales Admin to ensure all orders are processed and placed correctly
* Keep up to date with all product information pertaining to the brand
Candidate Minimum Requirements
* 3+ years’ experience working as a Sales Executive in a dealership, preferably selling Light Commercial vehicles
* Good selling and negotiation skills with a proven track record in sales of motor vehicles/ light commercial vehicles
* Experienced in the valuation of trade-ins
* Understanding of vehicle financing
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Lots of drive, self motivation to succeed in Sales and to achieve customer satisfaction
* Be highly flexible and organised with very good administrative skills
* Full clean driving licence for driving in Ireland
* Fully fluent in written and spoken English
* Hold EEA passport or a current in date unrestricted permit for Ireland (please state permit type)
