Role Profile
Branch Assistant - Ballitore
We are seeking a reliable and committed individual to join our team as a Branch Assistant in Ballitore, Co Kildare. This role will report to the Branch Manager and assist with all duties required to safely and effectively carry out daily branch operations.
Responsibilities:
* Provide top-quality customer service at all times, building trusting relationships with customers and offering excellent advice.
* Maintain a clean and well-maintained store and work environment, ensuring first impressions are positive.
* Assist with branch operations, working in the shop and store yard as needed.
Requirements:
* A keen interest in the Agri sector.
* A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills and a desire to deliver beyond customer expectations.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* The ability to multitask and consistently deliver high-standard quality work in a busy environment.
