About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Technician to join our finance team in Portadown. The successful candidate will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for a varied role within the finance function.
Responsibilities
* Support accounts receivable and payable functions, including processing invoices and reconciling reports.
* Process weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring accurate rates and proper updates for new hires and leavers.
* Monitor time and attendance records and generate weekly payroll reports.
* Reconcile payroll queries via email, phone, and in person.
Requirements
* 2 years experience as an Accounts Assistant or Accounting Technician.
* Working knowledge of HMRC UK payroll.
* Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
