Job DescriptionThe main responsibilities for Stock & Kit Administrator are to support the stock supply to clients. In addition, assisting in the day to day duties and ad-hoc projects in the Stores department.Specific Tasks: Help achieve departmental goals & objectives.To be aware and to be compliant with of all the documentation related to your Department (Training record, SOP’s, Forms).Carry out any stock related requests given by Supervisor, Sales Team or requests received by Clients -Supplies Orders -Kit CreationAssist with various administrative duties that are required of the team inclusive of monthly and /or weekly stock take at all three sites also ensuring restock of all stock requirements on our sites in Sandyford.Assist with transport of stock between all three sites.Prepare supply orders for our clients that consist of various medical and stationary components.Assemble any and all specialized at home testing kit orders received to the supplies’ inbox.Ensure kits/stock dispatched to clients have adequate expiry dates.Ensure any casual Kits Assemblers employed from time to time are trained to assist with assembly of kits.To act as a liaison person between the company and clients on their requirements and all business-related issues.Ensure complete documentation of all inbound and outbound communication with our clients.This list is not exhaustive, and flexibility is a key requirement. Working Hours: 37.5 hours per weekQualificationsEducation Leaving Certificate or equivalentExperience2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
