In this role, you will collaborate closely across teams, managing key elements of cost setting, planning, and analysis to deliver timely, accurate insights for effective business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Standard Costing & Budgeting: Lead the annual standard cost-setting process, ensuring accurate material pricing, cost calculations, and budget variance analysis across products and business units. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the monthly management accounting close process, ensuring accurate reporting aligned with core systems and supporting key metrics for business planning. Inventory Management: Maintain inventory valuation, enforce physical controls, and coordinate regular analysis for executive reporting. New Product Costing: Collaborate on cross-functional teams to determine full costing for new product introductions. Business Partnering: Build accountability by supporting various teams with financial insights and fostering understanding of key metrics. Process Improvement & Compliance: Drive finance process improvements, contribute to value improvement programs, and ensure robust internal controls and SOX compliance. Requirements: Qualified accountant with 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in manufacturing. Strong expertise in accounting, financial analysis, and ERP systems. Proven track record of influencing key stakeholders, managing projects, and implementing process improvements. Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
