Junior Customer Support Agent – Night Shift
This is a permanent role reporting to the customer service manager, suitable for new graduates looking to start their career in a multinational environment with opportunities to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively, maintaining knowledge of company facilities, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
* Represent the company professionally, courteously, and efficiently, completing documentation to in-house standards and adhering to all procedures.
* Work safely at all times and report to the Customer Service Team Leader.
Requirements:
* Fluency in spoken and written English
* Strong communication and telephone skills
