Operations Manager
We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee part of our Utility Arb operations in ROI. This pivotal role involves managing and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the delivery of Utility Arb services across the region.
* Lead, motivate, and develop field-based teams to achieve high standards of performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with operational and support teams to optimize service delivery and drive continuous improvement.
* Create business development opportunities through existing and new clients.
Key Requirements:
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and inspire teams in a field-based environment.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense with the ability to manage budgets and drive financial performance.
* P&L Experience: Demonstrated success in managing profit and loss responsibilities.
* Client Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with highly commercial clients.

This is a field-based role with a mix of being out on site in the field, working from home, and regularly attending meetings at both our offices and our clients' offices across ROI.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
