About Your New Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including receiving and processing purchase orders, issuing sales transaction invoices, and verifying orders.
Key duties include contacting customers to answer queries and obtain missing information, maintaining and updating sales and customer records, and compiling monthly sales reports.
You will also be responsible for expediting orders through internal liaison and directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
In addition, you will identify new products to add to our existing range and support the sales department with other administrative tasks as required.
What Skills Are Needed
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
