This is a Controlled Function role (CF 2) under Ireland's Fitness and Probity Regime and is subject to enhanced pre-employment screening.

A role you will love
As a Senior Governance Officer, you will assist the Head of Governance and Outsourcing Oversight in providing support to other areas within the wider business. The role will be primarily responsible for assisting with compliance with and adherence to the firms Outsourcing Framework and Operational Resilience Framework.
As a Senior Governance Officer, you will need to be self-motivated and eager to learn. This role requires an individual who is focussed, with a proven ability to deliver solutions and maintain high standards of quality at all times. You will have the opportunity to support senior management and operational teams.
What will you bring to the role?
As a Senior Governance Officer, you will be able to use your initiative, be forward thinking, have good organisational and planning skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Other key skills and experience required for the role include:
1. Financial Services industry experience
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey and articulate ideas to a wide variety of audiences.
3. Ability to coordinate meetings with many attendees from various locations
4. Experience managing Outsourcing and Operational Resilience Frameworks.
5. Ability to review, maintain and update policies
6. Ability to manage multiple complex activities running in parallel with multiple deadlines
