Position: Construction Site Manager Location: Cobh Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive Start date: Immediate About the Role: As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure all work complies with building and construction regulations. Manage project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications. Implement health and safety protocols, and ensure the site is safe for all workers and visitors. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues. Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management. Handle any environmental or local community issues that may arise during construction. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of building regulations, project management, and health & safety requirements. Degree in construction, civil engineering, or related field is preferred. Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
