Join Evercam as our Country Manager in Ireland!
As Evercam's Irish Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance in our home market, taking ownership of all local commercial and operational activities. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will play an important role in not only local, but also group-level strategy, as you identify and execute on new ideas to drive growth. Your strategic vision, leadership and operational expertise will be critical in creating long-term value for Evercam.
This Country Manager role in Evercam’s biggest market brings both great responsibility and opportunity. You will lead our local sales teams in managing highly strategic relationships with leading construction contractors and project owners, and will ensure operational excellence is achieved by our Customer Success and Site-ops teams as we deliver to clients on some of the most significant developments in the Irish market.
With Evercam’s Irish operations at the heart of group strategy and new product development, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with key leaders including the CEO, Chief Product Officer, and Hardware Product Manager and contribute to the development and roll-out of cutting-edge products and new innovations.
This hire marks our first appointment of a Country Manager for the Irish business unit within our matrix organisational structure, meaning there is a unique opportunity for a driven and visionary leader to step in and grow alongside Evercam, shaping its future in a dynamic and evolving market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Evercam’s Irish business unit towards its growth objectives.
Play a central role in the senior management team's long-term business planning, helping to prepare budgets and forecasts for your territory.
Take ownership over the territory P&L, ensuring revenue and profitability are met as well as managing the business unit’s cash flow.
Lead the Irish business unit’s sales organisation, from managing the identification and qualification of new prospects to guiding account executives towards closing six figure enterprise agreements.
Lead the Irish Customer Success team in growing existing customer relationships and ensuring client needs are met.
Oversee our local Site-ops team, including site visit scheduling inventory purchases.
Identify and act on new opportunities to drive growth, efficiencies and innovation
Collaborate with central departments in the matrix structure (including BDR, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Support, HR, Product & Operations) to ensure success across activities in Ireland
Requirements
Minimum of 8-10 years of management experience in a similar role, ideally in construction, technology, or a related industry.
Demonstrated commercial experience and ownership of all aspects of territory management
Proven experience managing P&L responsibilities and driving business growth.
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience with a background in leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
Construction experience (in any capacity) is a plus, not a requirement.
Travel (25% - 50%) to our Evercam offices, clients, and more.
