Payroll Professional Job Description
Job Summary:
The role of a Payroll Professional involves accurate and timely processing of payroll for a high volume of employees, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process high-volume weekly timesheets from multiple sources.
* Support monthly payroll as required.
* Respond to ad hoc payroll queries from contractors and internal stakeholders.
* Liaise with external payroll providers and other Finance team members as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of all payroll transactions.
* Manage the Payroll inbox efficiently.
About You:
* 3-5 years of experience working with ROI & UK payroll.
* Proven experience processing high-volume weekly payroll.
* Desirable: IPASS qualification.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
* Excellent systems knowledge and ability to adapt to new software.
* Fluent written and spoken English.
* Highly organised and process-driven with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent administration and communication skills.
* A strong team player able to work independently.
