Supply Chain Manager - Dublin - 2 days on site per month

Job Responsibilities:
* Lead supply planning and logistics activities, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery while managing risks like stock-outs and scrap.
* Act as the Supply Chain lead within CMO work centre teams, collaborating with Manufacturing, Process Development, and External Quality functions.
* Oversee forecasting, DS/DP planning, MRP, SAP execution, and purchase/invoice approvals to support commercial production.
* Manage vendor and site relationships, including forecasting, order policy, PO processing, and issue resolution.
* Coordinate shipping schedules, support GMP shipping lane setup, and lead readiness meetings to ensure efficient product flow.
* Identify and implement supply chain enhancements using digital tools and data insights; ensure compliance with GxP and business standards.
* Deliver analytical insights, reports, and recommendations for executive-level stakeholders.
* Work independently on multiple projects, develop practical solutions, and guide initiatives in alignment with departmental strategy.
* Act as an agile core team member, foster collaboration, and leverage internal/external expertise to drive continuous improvement.
Have you:
* Bachelors in Supply Chain/ Engineering with 4+ years experience in Supply Chain
* In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech supply chain operations and GMP compliance.
* Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong ability to extract insights from SAP or similar enterprise systems.
* Track record of successfully managing multiple initiatives while delivering measurable outcomes.
* Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP and/or RapidResponse, with practical experience in supply planning.
* Background in continuous improvement, with hands-on application of Lean, Six Sigma, or other change management methodologies.
* Proven ability to manage complex, global projects involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders and deliverables.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage and align diverse teams.
