This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join the People team as we partner closely with business leaders by aligning the People strategy with business strategies. You will provide a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to employees and Leaders locally and globally. The role of Senior People Business Partner plays a crucial role in enabling and supporting our business leaders run their business whilst enhancing and protecting the Employee experience.
Description
1. Business Knowledge: Build in-depth understanding of Apple, our culture, leadership teams and the departments key business drivers and challenges.
2. Organisational Development: Partner with leadership teams to understand current and future business goals and trends that may impact workforce needs and initiatives. Proactively engage with leaders on the people strategy to ensure global alignment where necessary. Enable the successful running of the organisation through workforce planning, organisation design and structure.
3. Talent and Performance Management: Partner with leadership to design and deliver appropriate talent strategies that will identify talent, development priorities, and succession plans. Promote a performance culture through effective utilisation of internal tools on Talent Planning, Development, Performance Reviews, and Total Compensation Planning.
4. Employee Engagement: Understand employee engagement trends across the organisation whilst benchmarking other trends internally and externally. Make recommendations that are impactful and in line with Apple’s culture and practices.
5. Talent Acquisition: Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs with a focus on I&D, interviewing and Compensation.
6. HR Metrics: Track, report and present on various People insights like compensation, retention, attrition, inclusion & diversity and other necessary data. Recommend programs and/or improvements to enhance the employee experience and overall management of the business.
7. Special Projects: Develop and work on special and cross-functional projects in line with our People Strategy locally and globally.
8. General: Team player that contributes to the overall success of the People team and organisation. Works in close partnership with key cross-functional partners like DNAs, Inclusion & Diversity, Compensation, Benefits, HR Legal, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, People Support, Wellness, Learning and Development, Finance, and Payroll; the Senior People Business partner consults and advises Leadership on key talent opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
* Extensive experience as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner coaching and mentoring Leadership teams.
* Manage multiple projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability according to the changing needs and priorities of the organisation.
* Experience using data to provide People insights.
Preferred Qualifications
* Extensive experience as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in a multinational organisation.
* Experience in partnering with Senior Leaders in a multicultural organisation with circa 1000+ Employees across various countries.
* Experience of effective implementation of talent initiatives, tools, and processes.
* Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
* Proficient skills in creating presentations and analysing large data sets.
* Proven success in organisational change and talent strategies.
* Coaching qualification.
