A great new opportunity for an experienced Supplier Relationship Manager - Financial Services
You will be responsible for effectively managing the onboarding and management of a new supplier whilst building a strong relationship with the stakeholders. This will support strategic growth of the business across various areas of expenditure, while ensuring the delivery of contracts as per agreements & managing contract risks. You will need to come from a financial services background.
You will:
* Ensure compliance with all contractual SLAs & KPIs & conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers & internal stakeholders.
* Deliver committed supplier benefits & risk mitigation through strong vendor management & stakeholder engagement.
* Manage & document regulatory & compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to processes & controls.
* Mitigate risk by ensuring compliance with policies, processes, & wider procurement/business strategies.
* Oversee end-to-end processes, develop performance tracking, & build strong engagement with key functions/stakeholder groups.
* Act as the key escalation point within vendors & manage long-term supplier relationships & strategy.
* Demonstrate a vision for change, forecast future opportunities, & deliver change requests in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies for new projects & contract renewals.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Supply Chain Management role, with experience of managing outsourced or strategic supplier relationships that are supporting the financial services industry. This will include your ability to identify & appropriately manage risks.
* A relevant degree or qualification would be beneficial.
* Experience in supplier management & proven record of managing outsourced relationships.
* Demonstrated successful operational & strategic development experience.
* Experience of setting up a Vendor/Supplier function before would be a bonus.
* Experience of Print & Document Management services welcomed
* Effective communicator & stakeholder manager with excellent negotiation skills & developed commercial acumen.
* Strong analytical skills, knowledge of the regulatory environment & compliance requirements, & competent literary skills for supplier audits or Central Bank of Ireland & other inspections.
