The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized administrative professional to provide top-tier support to our Pensions Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Update and manage client records with accuracy and precision.
* Process new pension applications, liaise with life companies, and ensure seamless transactions.
* Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email, providing timely updates and clarifications.
* Prepare comprehensive client meeting documentation and assist in transaction processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Experience in financial services, particularly pensions, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Superior communication skills (written and verbal) with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
* A QFA qualification is highly desirable but not essential for this role.
