Jo Malone in BT Dundrum are currently looking for Sales Person to join their team on a permanent basis. This person must be available to work weekdays.

Fragrant fun, curiosity and kindness are key.In this role you will truly be the host with the most, entertaining visitors from across the globe and showcasing The World of Jo Malone London to our customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients and media contacts.Creativity in our day to day, where you will help bottle some of our customers most precious memories.
The primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service to each customer and to deliver on service goals.Other responsibilities include, but not limited to, maintaining the store environment, operations and housekeeping duties. The Stylist will understand their individual sales and service goals.
KNOW THE ROLE
1. Deliver exceptional customer service
2. Maximise sales performance and productivity
3. Build collaborative relationships with your colleagues
4. Lead and coach the sales team to deliver brand expectations for on counter services & e-learning engagement.
5. Awareness of stock and inventory
6. Maintain high VM standards and work environment
7. To be aware of competitor activity and to drive an omni-channel approach
8. Adhere to Brand grooming guidelines
9. Maintain the high standard of housekeeping.
