**Job Opportunity for a Temporary Catering Administrator**
We are seeking a flexible and organised Catering Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary basis, covering maternity leave in their City Centre location.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-end organisation in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong numerical abilities and organisational skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administration duties, including accounts processing, office duties, reservations management, filing and records management, and provision of monthly Management Information.
Additionally, they will assist the Catering Manager with stocktake processes, maintain accurate sick leave and holiday request records, follow up on outstanding sales enquiries, and process stationery orders.
The role also involves EPOS duties, including financial reporting, stock control, and customer account management, as well as updating menu items and price points onto the EPOS system daily.
We require previous experience in a busy catering or food and beverage department, EPOS knowledge, and administration experience. Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills are essential for this role.
**Key Responsibilities:**

**Essential Qualifications and Experience:**
* Previous experience in a busy catering or food and beverage department.
* EPOS knowledge and previous administration experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a proven track record in working with other people in a co-operative environment.
* Strong numerical abilities with a focus on accuracy and analysis of data.
* Excellent judgement and decision-making abilities.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, and ability to operate with precision in pressurised situations and to tight deadlines.
