Job Title: Quantity Surveyor/PQS | Cost Management
We are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor/PQS to join our cost management team in a busy consultancy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting with full scope of cost management services, including pre and post contract cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.

* Assist with cost management services, including pre and post contract cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
* Work with clients and design teams to advise on cost, value, and risk.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality projects.
* Develop and progress career development through training and mentorship opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. To assist with full scope of cost management services including pre and post contract cost planning.
2. Procurement; Contract Admin.
3. Understanding of Commercial & Residential, new build and refurbishment.
4. Experience of various contract forms.
5. Advising clients and design teams on cost, value, and risk, not just cost.
Requirements:
* Degree qualified in quantity surveying, cost management or similar.
* Proven years experience in a PQS or Project Management Consultancy practice in Ireland, UK or overseas.
* Good numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Logged post graduate experience in quantity surveying environment.
* Knowledge of various sectors: Retail, Commercial, Education, Residential.
