Description
This role involves closely partnering with the client's Service Delivery Manager to provide operational support for recruitment services.
You will collaborate with the talent delivery team to understand role requirements and identify ideal candidate profiles.
Your Responsibilities
* All administrative tasks associated with your assigned clients
* Scheduling and coordination tasks related to recruitment services
Key Accountabilities
1. Work collaboratively with client teams to define hiring needs and timelines
2. Develop strategic sourcing project plans to meet client requirements
3. Have a deep understanding of our client's employee value proposition and develop a go-to-market narrative to attract talent
4. Proactively engage talent and continually build a talent pool to meet client needs
5. Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet client technical, personal competencies, and culture fit
6. Support the management of candidates through the interview and offer process
7. Provide a superior candidate experience throughout the full requirement journey
Requirements
* MSc in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or another related field
* 3+ years of experience in recruitment/talent delivery with the following:
o Experience working in a client-facing role in an RPO/MSP environment
o Experience working in greenfield projects or new business start-ups in Ireland
o Familiarity working with IDA clients and various R&D grants and tax credits
o Working knowledge of ATS such as Greenhouse or ICIMS
