Job Title: Business Development Executive
Sales Executive
As a Business Development Executive and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading generation, landlord communication, contract negotiation, data maintenance, communicating with landlords, preparing for calls, entering data, and preparing proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Search for suitable antenna locations and identify potential landlords.
* Landlord Communication: Contacting potential landlords and managing the process from beginning to contract signing.
* Contract Negotiation: Successful negotiation and signing of contracts.
* Data Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date information in our customized database software, LiveTrack.
* Communicating with Landlords: Negotiate leases through inbound and outbound calls, attempting to contact landlords and sending or reviewing voicemail and emails to/from landlords.
* Preparing for Calls: Reviewing and researching existing and/or new leases using the Company's database/software system, intranet, and other various sources.
* Entering Data: Enter data into the Company's database/software system and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
* Preparing Proposals: Create presentation packages with accurate information and send them via email, post, etc.
Requirements:
* Fluent in German.
* Great attention to detail.
* Sales and negotiation experience.
