Key Responsibilities:
* Support the sales and aftersales processes by completing administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
* Register new vehicles, process change of ownership, and handle vehicle invoicing.
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients waiting for appointments and offer refreshments.
* Manage phone and email enquiries, ensuring prompt responses.
* Maintain a neat and tidy reception area, including sorting and distributing post.
* Assist with vehicle registration and logbook administration.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Previous administrative experience (1+ years) and proficiency in CRM systems are essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
* You must be efficient, organized, and attentive to detail, with a flexible approach to work.
* A professional and courteous manner is expected at all times.
