Crewit team is looking forward to receiving your CV!The roleAs a Concrete Technician you will be required to:Assess Mix Designs for Block/Concrete/Mortar/PrecastExamine cement contentsCheck cube results and block strengthExamine relationship between all the mix designs & compare it to cube resultsExamine admixtures including water reducers & superplasticizersExamine mortar admixtures with air entrainer and retardersOrganise system for weekly reporting to the Managing Director of cube results, block results and changes to aggregate gradingsAggregates - Carry out sieve analysis and PSD on all aggregatesRequirements:A recognised 3rd level qualification in Civil EngineeringPractical hands-on experience in concrete testing, mixing, and placement is crucial.Prior work in a construction-related field is beneficial.Strong attention to detail is essential for accurately testing and documenting concrete properties.Knowledge of concrete mix design and understanding of materials used in concrete production.Familiarity with relevant testing equipment and procedures.Good communication skills.Understanding of industry standards and specifications for concrete.Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations related to concrete construction.
