Oracle Fusion ERP Lead - Finance
The Oracle Fusion ERP Lead Role is part of a global team involved in supporting and managing business as usual as well as enhancements to the internal Financial and HR applications used by Citco. This includes, but is not limited to, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion Financial Management and Oracle Governance Risk & Compliance.
* Responsible for managing the various Oracle ERP finance modules in Citco.
* Provide hands-on support and expertise for the Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP/Finance modules.
* Management of a global team of support staff.
* You will proactively monitor and analyse system health in relation to ESS jobs and Integrations to help identify issues.
* Delivery of Enhancements/Change/Solutions (incl. POC’s, Extensions, Quarterly releases).
* Oversight of Service Desk tickets and change requests for your area.
* Liaise with Oracle Support Teams/Service Desk to ensure management and resolution of open Service Requests raised by the team.
* Adherence to governance framework.
* Management of responsible enhancements via JIRA partnering with external partner where applicable for delivery.
* Proactively learn about upcoming releases and assess based on Finance strategies and direction.
* Creation/approval of design specs AN.100 using Oracle Unified Method.
* Execution of System Integration Testing.
* Support of UAT: Environment preparation and issue triage.
* Bugs/Issues – Where things do not work as expected. Responsible for Resolution via internal team and escalated to Oracle Support and 3rd Party Managed Support.
* System maintenance activities: New operating units, updating reference information.
* Security configurations and maintenance.
* Special Projects and adhoc requests.
Minimum Requirements
* 5+ Years hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials.
* 10+ years working as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or Business Consultant on Oracle.
* Global/Remote Team management experience.
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, information systems or a related discipline is required.
* Solid understanding of the software release life cycle.
* Cloud certifications in ERP Cloud applications is an asset.
* Proficient with OTBI and other reporting tools to aid ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
* Strong project management skills, including a good understanding of project phases and lifecycles.
* Competent in reviewing and completing Oracle OUM documentation.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Exposure to Programs used with Oracle EBS/Fusion, including but not limited to: Dataload, Config SnapShot, More4Apps.
* Familiarity with using incident and change management tools. Service desk, JIRA, My Oracle Support.
* Business-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to deal with stakeholders from all levels in the organization with appropriate communication methods.
* Must be able to work independently with little guidance.
* Must be able to multitask, work well under pressure and pay close attention to detail.
