PMO Analyst - Pharmaceuticals - Limerick
New PMO Analyst opportunity open, supporting a large global PMO for a Pharmaceutical Client. This role works across all business units and cross-functionally with teams. The successful candidate will bring experience and passion for a blend of project leadership, business process management, analytics, project management, reporting and governance.
This is a daily rate contract, requiring the successful candidate to go on-site 2 days a week in Limerick.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan and actively manage project risk.
Ensuring that the project teams maintain project delivery data covering all current (internal and customer) projects, tracking key project milestones, and facilitating regular updates from project and delivery managers.
Compliance with PMO Calendar and reporting guidelines.
Determine detailed requirements on mid-to-large scale projects to establish the project deliverables and develop the project management plan, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
Assess project performance to monitor the progress of the project and perform required corrective actions.
Manage project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned.
Education and Experience:
An undergraduate degree in a related field.
3 - 5+ years hands-on experience supporting mid-to-large scale projects.
Must have strong stakeholder management experience working in fast paced, change and transformation environments
You will have a positive can do attitude, ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks at the same time in an agile environment
Medical device experience is preferred but not essential.
