My client, a leading drain service company based in Cork, are seeking to recruit a motivated logistics Coordinator. This is an exciting role for the right candidate; the role requires a proactive person with excellent problem-solving ability.
Duties:
1. Oversee and manage day-to-day logistical operations.
2. Mentor, motivate, and develop your team, ensuring they have the tools and support they need to excel.
3. Primary contact for clients regarding drainage related jobs, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and customer service.
4. Collaborate with clients to define project scope, offer tailored solutions, and guarantee successful delivery.
5. Coordinate drainage services for commercial and domestic customers.
6. Respond promptly to urgent reactive issues within the department.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in logistics operations/management position.
2. Strong understanding of drainage systems, drainage maintenance, and repairs.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members as well as manage multiple projects.
4. Proficiency in utilizing relevant software and tools for operational management.
5. Must have full driver's license and access to own car.
