Job Title: Danish Client Success Manager- Digital Marketing
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our growing team, working with a global leader in the digital advertising space.
About the Role:
* Oversight of a portfolio of advertisers, ensuring long-term partnerships and business growth.
* Analysis of campaign performance data and provision of strategic recommendations to optimize results.
* Partnership with internal sales teams to strengthen client relationships and maximise revenue opportunities.
* Troubleshooting and enhancement of digital campaigns to improve performance.
* Identification and execution of opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account reactivation.
* Service as a key resource for clients, advising them on best practices and new platform features.
* Monitoring of key performance indicators (CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC) and provision of meaningful insights.
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience in campaign management using major advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).
* Previous experience in account management or a sales-driven role.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics.
* Fluent in Danish with excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and presentation tools.
* Able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
