Enterprise Digital Sales - Modern Work - Copilot for Microsoft 365 / Middle East Market (Arabic & English Speaker)
As a Modern Work Digital Specialist, focused on our Copilot for Microsoft 365, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by generating pipeline, engaging with prospective clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales. It will be essential to understand the specific needs of our customers.
Enterprise Digital Sales, part of Microsoft's SMC and Digital sales organization, empowers our customers through the unique value of the Microsoft Cloud by building a globally-led, digital-first scale organization aligned with partners. You will engage a dedicated set of enterprise customers to identify and achieve their business objectives through best-in-class digital engagement and partner co-selling.
You will drive the day-to-day execution of Microsoft's strategic business priorities – selling best-in-class cloud services and platforms to our managed customers and build digital transformation momentum for our customers, partners, and Microsoft. Your exceptional sales skills, deep understanding of enterprise needs, and ability to build strong customer relationships will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and driving customer success.

* Experience selling cloud services to large/global customers.
* Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
* English speaking a requirement.
* Understanding partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions/services to solve customer needs.
* Knowledge of enterprise software solutions and cloud platform competitor landscape.
* Demonstrate the business value of Microsoft's solutions with an understanding of Microsoft's strategies and products relative to major Microsoft competitors.
* Experience of driving end-to-end sales with customers leveraging all sales programs available to you.
Responsibilities
As a Modern Work Digital Specialist, you will be a solution sales expert within our enterprise sales organization working with our most important customers. You will collaborate with a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources to advance the sales process and achieve/exceed solution sales targets in your assigned accounts. You will help customers evaluate their business challenges, recommend solutions that meet their requirements, and close new business resulting in customer value and satisfaction.
* Sales Execution: Collaborate with virtual team members to identify customer business needs and contribute to the development of solutions. Proactively build an external stakeholder network and implement strategies to accelerate and close Modern Work opportunities.
* Business Value Selling: Foster and expand Microsoft’s relationship with Customer Business Decision Makers. Hunt new Modern Work opportunities by identifying and engaging with key business contacts, understanding customers’ business and technology priorities, governance, decision and budget processes, and landing the value proposition of Modern Work solutions.
* Scaling and Collaboration: Collaborate with a network of internal partners on the planning, orchestration, and execution of Modern Work opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
* Technical Expertise: Initiate Modern Work Business Decision Maker conversations, share best practices and key competitor knowledge across solution areas acting as a subject matter expert to make recommendations on pursuit or withdrawal.
* Sales Excellence: Collaborate with partners and resources to plan for accounts, do compete plans, forecasting, and business analysis to pursue high-potential customers and manage Modern Work solutions across your accounts.
