My Client, a semi-state organisation, is recruiting for an Executive Assistant to provide coordination and administrative support to the South East Regional Business Development Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality and efficient administrative services, including managing phone calls, emails, invoices, event logistics, and office diary.
* Support the South East Regional Team in coordinating activities and itineraries to advance key strategic initiatives for regional business development.
* Assist in creating high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, profiles, infographics, and presentations.
* Conduct relevant research, maintain/update a database of pertinent Regional Information, and update the Customer Relationship Management System as required.
* Generate a weekly progress report for the Management Team and collaborate with the Regional Executive and Regional Manager to collect key metrics and data related to organisational performance.
* Uphold the company's reputation in the Region, contribute to the Division's development, and promote equality, dignity, inclusion, and respect within and outside the Organisation.
* Show flexibility in performing additional tasks that may arise or be assigned.
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of computer packages, proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms.
* Ability to work well under pressure, meet challenging deadlines, and travel occasionally.
* A third-level qualification is desirable, along with a full driving license and familiarity with content creation applications.
