Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at N I S Ltd, based in Tullamore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving technical and service-related issues, providing detailed product information, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to deliver top-tier support and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide timely resolutions
2. Deliver product information and support on IT services and products
3. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution
4. Manage multiple customer cases simultaneously, prioritizing as needed
5. Record and track customer issues and feedback in the system
6. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and improve customer experience
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in customer service or customer support roles
2. Strong customer satisfaction and experience skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
5. Strong multitasking and organizational skills
6. Knowledge of IT services and products is an advantage
7. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
