About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer to join our Designer UX team to help build highly personalized web and visual design experiences utilizing the Webflow Designer. In this role, you will execute the technical direction and partner closely with other engineers on the team. Additionally, you will help cross-functional efforts to drive greater impact internally and externally for our core product.
Key Responsibilities
* Write performant and accessible User Interfaces that power the Webflow visual design experience
* Work on technologies such as React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
* Have a strong understanding and expertise in at least one technical domain
* Contribute to building and executing on functional strategy
* Scope and implement technical solutions with minimal guidance
* Produce and elevate the quality of maintainable, tested, performant, and scalable code
* Collaborate with product managers and designers in an autonomous, supportive team environment
* Participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening and improving our hiring processes, and internal hackathon teams
About You
* You have 2+ years of experience working as a FE/UI engineer with a proven track record of shipping code
* You are proficient in advanced React and CSS patterns
* You have a deep, foundational understanding of JavaScript and/or TypeScript
* You have experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Playwright, Cypress)
* You treat web accessibility as a top priority
* You have experience working with feature teams on customer-facing products, shipping and iterating to solve customer problems
* You value testing and documentation equally as much as your code
* You are comfortable with ambiguity and scoping solutions with your teammates
* You have experience working with a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team
* You enjoy high-visibility work and presenting to executive counterparts
* You are comfortable working in an agile, safe-to-fail environment
