Our client is based on Ballymount Road, Dublin 12 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team for a 6 month contract initially.
Salary is €39k pa and hours are flexible (8am-4pm, 8:30am-4:30pm, 9-5pm, 9.30-5.30). They offer hybrid working - 2 days in office and 3 at home.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE
1. Service & Sales Order Processing
2. Service & Sales Invoicing
3. Supporting Field Based staff with administration tasks
4. Updating & maintaining databases & Excel spreadsheets
5. Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with general queries.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Strong administration skills with excellent MS Word and Excel
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Customer Focused
* Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role
