Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in MEP systems within the construction sector and will manage the cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management of MEP projects. Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed cost estimates, project budgets, and financial reports for MEP projects.
* Conduct regular valuations and produce accurate cost analyses.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to optimize cost control measures.
* Manage tender documents, procurement, and contract administration.
* Identify and manage potential risks, variations, and change orders.
* Ensure all work is compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with MEP focus.
* Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.
* Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
* [Certification or Membership, e.g., RICS, CIOB, etc., if applicable].
