Fostering a culture of data governance is key to our site's success. As a Data Governance (DG) professional, you will ensure compliance with policies, design and deliver relevant training, and monitor DG practices.
Responsibilities
* Work with the Global DG team to create and deliver continuous training in line with current requirements.
* Design comprehensive training programs on DG, regulations, and best practices for bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Collaborate with leadership to align training with operational needs and business objectives.
* Conduct and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for staff at all levels.
* Assess industry trends and regulatory updates to adjust training strategies.
* Use technology to enhance training delivery, including e-learning platforms and virtual environments.
Additional Responsibilities
* Become an advocate for DG and promote a mature DG culture.
* Act as a liaison between Data Stewards and employees to develop an open and transparent DG culture.
* Gather and report site DG KPIs to Business Partners.
* Establish ongoing monitoring and auditing processes to sustain DG cultural improvements.
* Promote quality and DG across all departments and foster effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
* Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and managing training programs.

* Experience with training management systems and e-learning tools.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Experience in cultural/people change management and organisational development.
* Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree and 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/FDA regulated work areas or equivalent combination of education and experience.
