Due to internal movement, my client in Midleton is seeking a new Clinic Coordinator to provide high quality administrative support in their busy practice.
**This job is on a temporary basis but has a strong chance of extention**

Key Responsibilities:
5. Meet and greet all office visitors, making a positive first impression.
6. Provide patient administration and management support.
7. Support with reception duties, manage GP's diary and greet incoming patients
8. Record and update new and recurring patient details on clinic CRM system
9. General administrative duties including post, filing and order management
The successful candidate:
10. Sound understanding of MS Word and Excel.
11. Tech savvy and eager to build upon your experience
12. You will be personable and flexible in your approach and willing to support various teams across the as required.
