Job Title: Contracts Manager
This is a permanent position located in Limerick. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of project(s) and ensuring the financial performance of the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all aspects of the contract to meet client expectations.
* Prepare the programme, method statements, and submission during the preconstruction phase.
* Lead all aspects of Project Team functions including HSEQS, Stakeholder Management, and Project Administration.
* Manage consultant and subcontract design as required by the contract.
Requirements:
* In excess of 5 years' experience working in the construction sector or equivalent.
* Professional qualification in a construction-related subject.
* Good working knowledge of Design and Build JCT & NEC3 contracts, as well as BREEAM/LEED.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
* Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2).
* Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) software.
