Customer Service Advisor - Boland Carlow Ltd
We wish to recruit a service advisor for our busy motor dealership to be the focal point of contact for our service customers and to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all service enquiries
* Agree with customers on a date and time for the service/repair
* Discuss the work to be carried out and any extra work after a vehicle health check
* Conduct a handover with the customer after the service/repair, explaining the work done on their vehicle
* Liaise with the workshop manager to ensure optimal flow of work through the workshop
* Prepare and submit warranty claims, addressing any queries arising
* Provide all necessary reports for both internal and external requirements
The successful candidate will have some experience in customer service, previous service advisor experience, be highly motivated, customer-friendly, and possess good IT and administration skills. A full driver's license is required for this position.
