ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER - LABELS DUBLIN Salary:
€30K /€35K + Company Bonus Our client is a leading provider of personalised self-adhesive labels, serving customers across Ireland and the UK.
With advanced printing technology, they produce high-quality labels on rolls and sheets in up to 8 colours, offering a variety of materials, adhesives, UV curing for durability, and lamination for extra protection.
Their commitment to precision and efficiency ensures they meet the needs of diverse industries, delivering both small and large-scale orders.
They are now looking for an Assistant Production Manager to support the daily manufacturing operations and uphold their standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
This role is perfect for individuals with shop floor experience looking to progress into a leadership position.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth production processes, staff support, and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities Assist in overseeing production operations to ensure timely and efficient order completion.
Support and supervise staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Monitor quality control processes to maintain high product standards.
Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimise downtime and disruptions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency and productivity.
Requirements Experience in a label printing or production environment (preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Basic understanding of flexographic printing processes and machinery.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
No prior management experience required-ideal for career advancement.
