Key Responsibilities: To set up conference and event rooms for upcoming events as instructed To work with the night team in the hotel to ensure guests satisfaction though a high level of customer service To work with the Conference & Banqueting Manager to ensure all functions are set up and taken down in an efficient and timely manner Requirements: Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
