Health & Safety Manager
The Health and Safety Manager will provide direction, leadership, advice and deliver on-site activities relating to Health and Safety management in collaboration with the site management team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver workplace health and safety policies and procedures across sites.
* Contribute to health and safety initiatives within the business to drive a positive safety culture.
* Develop creative solutions and interventions to support proactive safety management working closely with colleagues.
* Oversee the delivery of health & safety training, including manual handling, first aid and fire warden training.
* Advise management on specialist areas such as fire regulations, hazardous substances, working at height, noise, safeguarding machinery, and occupational diseases.
* Carry out H&S inspections.
* Improve site communication and attend site safety meetings.
* Lead accident/incident investigations and produce reports with root cause analysis.

* Relevant Health and Safety Qualification
* Minimum 5 years Health & Safety Management experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
* Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
