Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of their luxury establishment. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all operational aspects of the property to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning.
* Lead and manage cross-departmental teams, including front-of-house, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
* Uphold and exceed customer satisfaction standards, delivering a world-class guest experience.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
* Analyze operational performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
* Collaborate with senior management on business development and staff training initiatives.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4- or 5-star property.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
* In-depth knowledge of operational processes within the hospitality sector.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
