Key Responsibilities
* Processing of sales orders.
* Administration of sales documentation.
* Processing of credit notes where required.
* Scheduling and coordination of orders.
* Development of meaningful relationships with customers.
* Act as POC for customer/sales team issues/queries and resolutions.
Key Skills Required
* Fluent in English and Polish.
* 1 year+ experience working in a customer service administration related role.
