Our client, a leading data centre delivery company operating across Europe, specialising in delivering turnkey digital infrastructure, is experiencing significant growth. They are seeking a Communications Specialist to support their internal and external communications strategy.
Role Overview
As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and managing content that engages both employees and external audiences. You'll collaborate closely with the Marketing & Internal Communications Manager to develop compelling messaging, enhance internal employee engagement, and ensure all communications are clear, effective, and aligned with the client's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and manage internal communications across various channels.
* Develop engaging posts, social media content, and communication assets to support key initiatives.
* Maintain a structured content calendar to effectively plan and schedule communications.
Operations & Organisation
* Archive and organise existing communication materials for easy retrieval.
* Manage submission processes for internal engagement and communication platforms.
Reporting & Research
* Track and analyse internal communications performance to refine strategies.
* Conduct research to support content creation and communication planning.

Requirements
* A degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or content creation.
