Duties
* Integration Project management, including all sub-project enablers such as:
* Handover and decommissioning of the building/building acceptance
* Equipment qualification (FAT IQ/OQ PQs)
* Portfolio of improvement projects and transformational projects
* Process robustness
* Operations (resource) capability build
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the business supports documentation approval, FAT support, and manages signal from each suite team to support project schedule cadence.
- Oversee and control project cost management throughout the project lifecycle
- Deliver effective and accurate project progress reports that can be analyzed and understood at all levels within the organization
- Responsible for project stakeholder management to ensure effective delivery of project objectives, including escalation management
- Create and control project plans for departmental, cross-departmental, and company-wide projects
- Run Project Governance and ensure all action, decisions, and risks are managed on the business side of the project, and critical information flows in from project suite teams.
Education & Experience
* 8-10 years of relevant experience in project delivery of a broad spectrum of projects in the Pharma industry, preferably including experience managing sterile or Biologics projects.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with a continuous improvement focus
* Project management qualification such as Project Management Professional
* A proven track record in delivering complex projects with multiple vendors
