About the roleAn exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior Associate to join the Pension Support team in the Client Services Department. In the role, the successful candidate will: Develop an in-depth understanding of Davy’s pension product offering which includes occupational pension schemes, Personal Retirement Savings Accounts (PRSAs), Approved Retirement Funds (ARFs) and Retirement Bonds; Co-ordination and processing of maturity benefits; Co-ordination and processing of transfers out, Pension Adjustment Orders and Death Benefits claims; Assist the Associate Director in Regulatory reporting Set up new pension policies and plans, Revenue submissions, and allocation of contributions or transfers of retained benefits; Ensuring compliance with the relevant pensions rules and legislation governing each of the pension product offerings including IORPS II; Issue of Disclosure requirements to members and regulatory bodies. Assist with ad-hoc projects where they arise. Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role RequirementsAbout youWe are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills: Minimum 5 years experience as a Pensions Administrator; QFA essential; Strong technical pensions knowledge and thorough understanding of statutory compliance requirements; Excellent customer service skills; High level of attention to detail; Ability to prioritise work effectively; Strong communication skills; Team player.
