Job Title: Retail Services Administrator Location: Dublin, Ireland Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5:30 PM Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing planned maintenance, reactive issues, and remedial work, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and on time.
This role requires strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Oversee day-to-day facilities services across multiple sites.
Track and manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and ensure timely service delivery.
Work closely with the service desk, technical teams, and external contractors.
Monitor and report on compliance with health and safety requirements.
Ensure reactive maintenance tasks are completed promptly and reported.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide updates on service status.
Process purchase orders, quotations, and reports using CAFM systems.
Handle general administrative and facilities-related queries.
Qualifications and Experience Previous experience in a similar facilities role Must possess excellent organization skills. Excellent problem solving skills Excellent communication skills Ability to make informed decisions Excellent customer service skills Must possess a dynamic approach to achieving continuous improvement. Customer focused Proficient in Microsoft suite.
Desirable: 3 years' experience in similar role Experience with managing PPM service delivery Experience operating within CAFM system Relevant Third level qualification.
