ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Dublin (Hybrid Role 2 days per week onsite in Dublin 2)
24 Month Contract
BioMarin is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the East North Europe team from the Dublin Office. In particular, the candidate will work in direct support of the CIS Area (Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia) and Austria/Switzerland, reporting to the Area Director in the following activities (but not limited to):
1. Organisation of Third-Party events, BioMarin organized Meetings and Health Care Professionals participation in events.
2. Communication and close cooperation with the sales force and marketing partners in the region to realise events.
3. Preparation of sponsoring, speaker, consultant and participant contracts.
4. Coordination of contract development between external parties and our compliance and legal department.
5. Ensuring the timely implementation of approval processes for material in connection with events (flyer, speaker presentations, invitations, etc.).
6. Transparency and compliance reporting (HCPs and meetings).
7. Managing project budget and ensuring all financial processes related are adhered to.
8. Coordination of travel bookings for invited participants and partner’s staff.
9. Documentation of adhered compliance requirements and costs.
10. Support in localization of marketing materials.
11. Coordination of required translation (different documents incl contracts, letters and others) into local language with local agencies.
All tasks must be carried out in accordance with the currently valid internal and external principles, SOPs and policies and in line with the currently valid corporate values.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to communicate and interact with BioMarin staff on a global level.
Education, Skills and Experience
* Experience of providing administrative support in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Industry.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); Ukrainian or Russian highly desirable.
* Excellent organisational skills and an ability to multi-task.
* Agile and a fast learner.
* Focused on delivery and execution on tasks in a timely manner.
* Ability to work as part of a team and provide administrative support.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point, Coupa, Oracle, Teams, etc.).
