Job Description:
The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) plays a crucial role in supporting a team of recruiters within a fast-paced recruiting organization. As an integral partner, the RC is responsible for managing recruiting activities and building relationships with candidates. This involves providing exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for helping build a talented organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling interviews and phone screens
* Collaborating with candidates and hiring managers to arrange travel and communicate recruiting status via phone and email
* Tracking recruiting activities and reporting candidate status
* Coordinating post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
* Identifying opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
* Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
* Experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Degree or diploma in HR or any related field
* Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environment
* Experience with technical tracking systems/softwares (like ATS)
