About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead our technical teams and drive the successful rollout of projects to our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of project management, Agile Scrum methodologies, and preferably, experience in the healthcare industry or healthcare billing.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering reliable products on time, managing the development team, and ensuring customer success. You will be the go-to person for updates on product development and project rollouts, identifying and addressing potential risks before they impact delivery.
Responsibilities Technical Team Management (Agile Principles)
Work closely with the CTO, UX Lead, and Product Lead (Director of Customer Success) to plan sprints.
Break down product development into tasks and facilitate sprint planning.
Run sprint refinement sessions to clarify issues before sprints begin.
Conduct sprint reviews and daily stand-ups to identify blockers and ensure smooth progress.
Escalate critical issues to the CEO and Director of Customer Success when necessary.
Provide weekly updates on product and project progress in delivery team meetings.
Collaborate with the CTO and QA Lead to ensure best practices in QA for MedoSync software.
Assist the CTO and MedoSync as part of the development team in delivering software.
Contribute to the company’s overall strategy and product roadmap by working with senior engineers and leadership.
Project Management
Ensure the successful rollout of multiple projects in parallel, aligned with team capacity.
Guarantee that customers receive a reliable product on time by applying best practice project management principles.
Receive detailed project handovers from the Director of Customer Success and take full ownership of execution.
Organize and lead project kickoff meetings, management meetings, and senior governance meetings in line with the MedoSync project management plan.
Continuously improve the project plan and provide suggestions to the CEO.
Document and track project meeting minutes and action items to ensure timely completion.
Escalate any project risks or blockers to the CEO, Director of Customer Success, and Senior Governance Team as needed.
General Responsibilities
Promote company values of growth, accountability, and innovation.
Support the company’s broader ambition by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
Provide mentorship and feedback to junior staff, fostering engagement and communication.
Offer performance insights to the CEO regarding team members.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in program or project management within software development.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Prior experience in the healthcare industry or healthcare billing (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution across multiple projects.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
Experience working with technical teams, CTOs, and product leads.
